C. S. Lewis (Clive Staples Lewis, 1898–1963) was an Irish-born British writer, literary scholar, and Christian apologist. He is best known for blending imaginative storytelling with theology, producing both enduring works of fiction and influential essays on faith, morality, and reason. His writings continue to shape modern Christian thought and fantasy literature.
